Covid 19 Update
Our mail order service will be operating and dispatching orders as normal, however delays can occur. Significant delays are expected for international deliveries,due to restrictions placed on UK air travel and in multiple countries.
At MFC Retail we're proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle- free delivery service. Choose which items you want to purchase and decide where you'd like them sent, and we'll take care of everything else, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive as quickly as possible.
Please note if your parcel is returned from the Sorting Office to MFC as a result of the customer not collecting it there will then be an additional charge to repost the parcel back out again.
During periods of heavy traffic through our web store your order may take longer to be processed.
For UK standard delivery we use a Royal Mail First Class Parcel Service.
Once processed, parcels are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days, however in extreme situations delivery may take up to 28 days.
Currently suspended due to Covid 19, Express orders placed before 12.30pm will be processed on the same day however Express orders placed after this time will be processed the following day.
If you place an order after 12.30pm on a Friday it will be processed the same day but will not be collected by Royal Mail until the next working day which is Monday.
For example an Express order placed after 12.30pm on a Friday will be collected the following Monday afternoon and will be delivered Tuesday before 1pm and will require a signature.
Please note Express parcels are usually delivered the next working day up to 1pm, but during periods of high order volume this may be slightly longer. However once your order has been processed you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking reference.
Should you wish to exchange goods purchased or if you require a refund, you should return the item to:

When returning an item you must also include proof of purchase. MFC reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if, in our view, the goods returned are not in a resalable condition and tags have been removed. All returns must be made within 28 days of receipt. MFC cannot accept responsibility for any items which are not returned to us by registered post.
Please note returns and exchanges are currently taking longer to process due to current Covid 19 outbreak once parcels are returned to our office they will be quarantined for 72 hours, then your request will be processed.
(Postal charges incurred in doing this are the responsibility of the customer.)
Custom Printed Shirts
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange or refund custom printed shirts/shorts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Personalised shirts/shorts may only be returned if they are faulty.
