For UK Standard delivery we use a Royal Mail First Class Parcel Service.

During periods of heavy traffic through our web store your order may take longer to be processed. 

Please note express delivery is usually the next working day up to 12pm, but during periods of high order volume this may be slightly longer. A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been processed and is ready for collection by Royal Mail. If you place an order after 12pm on a Friday it will be processed on the next working day which is Monday.
