At MFC Retail we're proud to offer a fast, efficient and hassle - free delivery service.  Choose which items you want to purchase and decide where you'd like them sent, and we'll take care of everything else, making sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive as quickly as possible.

Please note if your parcel is returned from the Sorting Office to MFC as a result of the customer not collecting it there will then be an additional charge to repost the parcel back out again.

During periods of heavy traffic through our web store your order may take longer to be processed. 

For UK standard delivery we use a Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service.

• Once processed, parcels are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days, however in extreme situations delivery may take up to 28 days.
• Express orders placed before 12pm will be processed on the same day however Express orders placed after this time will be processed the following day.
• If you place an order after 12pm on a Friday it may be processed the same day but will not be collected by Royal Mail until the next working day which is Monday.

For example an Express order placed after 12pm on a Friday will be collected the following Monday afternoon and will be delivered Tuesday, this will require a signature.

Please note Express parcels are usually delivered the next working day, but during periods of high order volume this may be slightly longer. However once your order has been processed you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking reference.
